Impact on Student Learning
The following artifacts are used to demonstrate my impact on student learning. I have chosen to use grade sheets for a given week within my 2014 seventh grade mathematics class, student work samples from the class, and a note that an anonymous student wrote to me expressing my impact on their learning.
Grading Sheet

This is a grading sheet of the assigments and scores withing my geometry units. It consisits of various daily assigmentments as well as POD (problems of the day) that are used to measure student's comprehension and understanding of concepts. I choose this artifact beause I believe that it gives good insight on how student performed within the unit. It gives a good representation of my impact on student learning because from the sheet, it can be seen that on average, my students understood the concepts in which I presented to them.
Student Work Sample

This is a student work sample of the geometry foldable that my students completed as a form of assessment. In this foldable, students had to identify, explain and draw various geometric concepts that were covered within the unit. I chose this artifact to represent my impact on student learning because it shows how a allow my students to display thier learning in creative ways. It also shows that due to my encouragment of displaying learning in a creative way, students take pride in and enjoy doing the work.
Student Commentary

This student commentary explains how I have impacted thier mathematical learning. I choose this artifact because it is an explicit representation on how my teachings have impacted the student's learning.
